Teen Cuisine I –

The Art of French Cooking

July 14th – 8th

Nestled in the rural hills of Provence where the scent of lavender permeates the air while learning classic French cooking…, we at Liaison invite you to enjoy a week with the tastes of Provence. With an intensive itinerary, Chef Jeffrey will guide participants through French traditions and history, and then dine on all of there delicacies

Immerse yourself in Italian culture and classical Italian fare, preparing such foods as handmade pasta, spaghetti al limmone, and tiramisu. Each day includes hands-on cooking classes and demonstrations at our Barrie Campus, located in historic  94 Dunlop Street.

Vive le Mexico

August 11 – 15th

“Now that’s a spicy”

Embark on a culinary journey to Mexico for the week with Chef Jeffrey Kenny and experience a Traditional Mexican cuisine. With an intensive itinerary, Jeffrey will guide participants through Mexican traditions and history, then dine on all of there delicacies prepared revolving around the art of Mexican Cuisine.

Greek Cuisine

August 18th – 25th

“The Cuisines of Greece” Cooking week. This week the theme is all Mediterranean, if you love a great souvlaki or Baklava this is the class for you. Join local Chef Jeffrey Kenny as he takes you through the preparation of some of Greece’s best known dishes as well as some of their better kept secrets.

Each day includes hands-on cooking classes and demonstrations. We have retrofitted this working restaurant into a training facility to make our hands on learning style exciting, rewarding, and inspiring. Courses are directed by Chef Jeffrey Kenny, who will take each student through health and safety, knife skills, kitchen etiquette, and basic cooking principals revolving around your chosen cuisine.

These classes are not “Cookie Classes”, students will learn proper techniques and practice everything they learn

Each series is 295.00 and includes a Chef’s Jacket, and Notes for each the class.

Our selection of Culinary Classes for you to enjoy.

Our recreational classes do not require any prior experience, we just ask that you have a Passion for Food and like to have fun and meet new people!

You can sign up for as many or as few classes as you like! Our classes are all less than 15 participants and are all hands on! Most classes are 75.00 or choose 3 for 200.00. You will get to enjoy whatever creation you make. So bring a friend and come hungry!
